Job Descriptions:
Van efficiency Analysis & Improvement: Develop and update team efficiency dashboard used by management to evaluate performance and make critical decisions such as canceling or adding Vans, while identifying low-performing areas and suggesting opportunities to optimize resources based on cost efficiency. Hold regular meeting with Sales Director & Traditional Manager to review result , followed by discussion with Regional managers to align on decisions and make sure it will be applied on the ground. Target Management , Allocation & system Upload : Manage the end-to-end sales target process, including reviewing, and coordinating target allocation with both sales representatives “395 Rep “ and Distributors “39 Dis”, followed by uploading data into SFA system to ensure accurate reflection on field devices. Preparing and maintaining daily , weekly and monthly sales reports for management review. Responsible for evaluating sales team performance based on defined KPIS , which used to determine their annual bounce & incentives. Handle customer programs by setting and tracking their annual & monthly targets, monitoring top customers performance , and coordinating with the sales team to make sure all objectives are achieved. Sales Reporting & customer Insights:Responsible for all sales reporting & dashboard a key contributor to sales channels performance. Prepare comprehensive sales reports comparing actual performance versus last year and versus target, highlighting key trends and areas of improvement. Oversee and handle all customer programs ”for ex Travel program , Gold program …etc “by setting their annual & monthly targets breakdown and follow up it . Monitoring top Trader's performance and coordinating with the sales team to make sure all objectives are achieved.
Job Requirements:•Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic & actionable insights.•Strong expertise in sales reporting and performance analysis & developing dashboards that optimize workflow efficiencyand reduce manual effort.•Very good user of Power BI & Microsoft office ( word, excel, Power Point & outlook ).•High accuracy and attention to detail in data validation and report automation.•Effective cross-team communication to align goals , results & continues improvement.•Ability to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities based on cost and resource analysis.•Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines•Skilled in creating and maintaining efficiency reports that support key business decisions (such as adding or removing sales vehicles).
