We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to manage daily operations, improve service quality, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:✅ Manage daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency.✅ Lead and support the Operations Team to achieve KPIs.✅ Monitor customer service quality and operational performance.✅ Follow up on bookings, customer requests, and escalations.✅ Prepare reports, analyze performance data, and improve processes.✅ Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and other departments.
Requirements:???? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.???? 3+ years of experience in Operations, Customer Service, or Call Center.???? Proven team leadership or supervisory experience.???? Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.???? Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.???? Gulf market experience is highly preferred. Technical Skills:???? CRM systems and customer management tools.???? Call Center platforms and ticketing systems.???? Advanced Microsoft Excel for reporting and KPI tracking.???? Power BI knowledge is an advantage.???? Experience with booking platforms or digital applications is preferred.
