About the Role We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our sales team in Banha. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and converting qualified leads provided by the company into successful property sales. This role does not require cold prospecting or independent lead generation. Instead, the main focus will be on responding to company-generated leads, understanding client requirements, presenting our projects, conducting effective follow-ups, arranging site visits, handling objections, negotiating, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a confident and target-driven sales professional who can build strong relationships with clients, communicate the value of our projects effectively, and consistently move prospects through the sales process toward successful closure. The Senior Sales Executive will also support junior team members by sharing knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices. Key Responsibilities Manage and follow up on leads provided by Awtar Real Estate Development. Respond to new leads quickly and professionally through phone calls, Whats App, and other approved communication channels. Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, preferences, budget, timeline, and purchasing objectives. Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them throughout the sales journey. Present Awtar's projects, available units, locations, amenities, specifications, and payment plans in a clear and professional manner. Recommend suitable units based on the client's requirements and budget. Arrange and conduct client meetings and project/site visits. Maintain consistent and structured follow-up with prospects. Identify client needs and provide suitable property solutions. Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections effectively. Negotiate with clients within the company's approved pricing and commercial policies. Convert qualified prospects into reservations and successfully close sales. Follow up with clients during the reservation and contracting process. Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Customer Service, Marketing, and other internal departments to ensure a smooth sales process. Maintain accurate and updated client information, activities, follow-ups, and opportunities through the CRM system. Maintain a healthy and organized sales pipeline. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, reservations, and closed deals. Share customer feedback and relevant market insights with management. Stay informed about Awtar's projects, inventory, pricing, payment plans, and current offers. Maintain strong knowledge of competing projects and market conditions. Support junior sales team members by sharing sales techniques, product knowledge, and successful practices. Assist in training and mentoring new team members when required. Represent Awtar professionally during client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, events, and other company activities. Follow company policies, procedures, and professional standards in all sales activities. Consistently work toward achieving individual and team sales targets. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales. Previous experience with a real estate developer is preferred. Proven ability to achieve sales targets. Experience in residential or commercial real estate sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Strong objection-handling and closing abilities. Excellent follow-up and client relationship management skills. Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable property solutions.
