Job Purpose:The ideal candidate will oversee all quality control activities across construction and development projects to ensure compliance with company standards, legal regulations, and industry best practices.<br>Job Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and monitor the project-specific quality control plans across all sites. Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to architectural, structural, MEP, and finishing standards. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues in a timely and cost-effective manner. Review and approve materials submittals, shop drawings, and method statements to ensure compliance with project specifications. Lead the non-conformance reporting (NCR) process and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Maintain comprehensive documentation including inspection reports, test results, and compliance certificates. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.<br>Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.5 to 7 years of progressive quality control experience in real estate industry. Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and QA/QC standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Auto CAD, and quality management software.
Job Purpose To coordinate the commercial aspects of the prime contract on a company project including invoicing, identification of variation order and claims initiation. Tasks, Roles & Responsibilities • Provide commercial advice to project management team to support proper decision making • Review, analyze, coordinate and reply to contractual correspondences with client and partner(s). • Review, analyze, verify, evaluate project documentation and trigger notifications of potential variation orders and/ or claims. including preparation and update of claims logs. • Conduct weekly/biweekly meetings with different department for initiating, discussing, negotiating and closing variations in coordination with project management team. • Review client’s invoices contractually, analyze certified invoices and review payment status (statements of account) and ensure all additions, omissions, deductions, and retentions are included with all necessary supporting documents for the relevant variation orders issuance. • Implement main contract invoicing and variation orders procedures including the necessary coordination until the issuance of the relevant Taking Over Certificate. • Responsible for main contract early start activities including issuance and review of LGs, insurance policies. • Liaison with clients, partners, and project team to ensure smooth communication • Provide recommendations and lessons learned for improving the commercial processes. • Responsible for reporting the overall project commercial status (payments, billing, claims, VOs, amendments, conflict resolution…etc.) • Review and ensure timely updates of all commercial logs and project contracts reports including areas of concern, contract financial status, VO status, claims status, etc... • Initiate claims and counterclaims, identification of claim events, assemble data for the preparation of claim statements and notices, ensure the proper contemporary records are maintained. • Initiate, notify, prepare of variations including the necessary internal and external communications. Participate in drafting settlement Agreements and other project specific agreements Co-operate with the team for any further communication in order to improve and enhance the level of implementation and compliance with the company’s social management system. Job Description<br>Reports to: Project Director<br>Location: North Coast – Egypt (On-site)<br>Industry: Urban Development / Infrastructure / Real Estate/coastal and Marine projects<br>The Senior Contracts Manager is responsible for forming, developing, negotiating, and managing the full suite of contracts required for the successful delivery of South Med program. This includes construction, infrastructure, utilities, wave-breaker, coastal developments, artificial bays, Marina, ensuring the project meets its cost, schedule, and quality objectives while complying with legal and regulatory frameworks.<br>Responsibilities<br>Develop and administer all contract documents from the tender process through to contract closeout including variations and issue resolution for design, construction, and other project related contracts. Ensure that the requirements of the contract documents are implemented and maintained throughout the project duration. Lead the review and assessment of claims, disputes and variations. Interact with the Client representatives, the Project Management Consultant, and relevant Contractors in respect of all contractual matters. Assist in the drafting of commercial terms for design, engineering and/or construction services Prepare the contractual (front end) portion of the contract documents (while cursory reviewing the technical portion) to ensure congruity and to minimize patent ambiguities in the front end documents. Administration of on-going Contracts. Investigate contractual problems and recommend corrective action in accordance with the Contract. Prepare correspondence and maintain records necessary to ensure the effective administration of all contractual matters Prepare Contract variations. Administer contract close-out procedures to ensure that all terms and conditions of contracts have been complied with prior to final payment to contractors. Ensures that all warranties, bonds, insurances, guarantees, etc. are in place and maintained and updated in accordance with the Contract. Prepare for review Recommendations for Release of Retention and Bonds. Participate in the preparation of the contractual portion of the monthly Progress Reports. Prepare and maintain logs for Variations and Claims. Attend Commercial/Contracts Meetings and record minutes of meetings. Lead any tendering process, whether for construction or consultancy services, until award. Negotiate contracts until agreement is reached and signature takes place.<br>Qualifications<br>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management (Master’s degree or MBA preferred). Minimum of 18+ years of experience in contract management within engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors. Proven experience in large-scale projects, including residential, mixed-use and real estate development. Strong knowledge of FIDIC, EPC, and other international contract standards. Extensive experience in contract management, ideally within real estate, engineering sectors. Strong background in project management, contract law, and business operations. Familiarity with local and international laws governing construction and consultancy contracts. Professional certifications such as MRICS, PMP, or CCM are a plus.

The Sustainability & Environmental Manager will lead and manage all sustainability and environmental functions under Hill PMC, ensuring full accountability for ESIA delivery, LEED certification , regulatory compliance, and alignment with the project milestones. The role requires strong leadership, authority interface, and proactive management of environmental and sustainability risks.<br>Responsibilities: Lead and manage all sustainability and environmental activities across design and early construction phases. Take full ownership of ESIA review, coordination, and approvals (Terrestrial, Marine, and Coastal studies). Lead and oversee the LEED certification process Ensure compliance with EEAA and SPA requirements and other applicable regulations. Act as the primary interface with the client on all environmental and sustainability matters. Lead responses to authority comments and ensure timely closure. Coordinate with environmental consultants, LEED consultants, designers, and PMC teams. Monitor LEED scorecard progress and ensure achievement of targeted certification level. Ensure alignment between design deliverables, ESIA commitments, and LEED requirements. Establish systems to track authority comments, submissions, approvals, and certification progress. Identify and mitigate risks impacting approvals and certification timelines. Oversee ESMP development and implementation. Establish environmental and sustainability KPIs and reporting systems. Lead stakeholder and authority meetings. Manage and lead the environmental and sustainability team.<br>Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering (Environmental/Water), Environmental Science, or related field. LEED AP (BD+C) or proven experience delivering LEED Gold projects is required. Master’s degree is preferred. Proficiency in Arabic & English language is a MUSTExperience:15+ years of experience. Strong experience in ESIA and authority approvals (EEAA / SPA). Proven experience in LEED certification delivery (minimum Gold level). Experience in large-scale developments (coastal/tourism preferred). PMC or international consultancy experience is preferred. Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of EEAA regulations and approval processes. Strong knowledge of LEED and green building systems. Leadership and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage high-pressure and urgent deliverables.
