Day-to-day responsibilities include providing check-in and check-out support, handling guest inquiries and requests, managing reservations-related communication, and coordinating with other hotel departments to resolve issues promptly. The agent will provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and activities, and support guests with special arrangements, feedback collection, and complaint resolution. The role also involves maintaining accurate guest records, promoting hotel offerings, and upholding Baron Hotels & Resorts’ standards of service and hospitality. Qualifications Strong language skills in German and English, with clear verbal and written communication. Customer service and guest relations skills, including problem-solving, empathy, and a professional, courteous manner. Experience in hospitality operations, front office procedures, and reservation or property management systems. Ability to work on-site in Hurghada, including flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in handling guest information and requests. Comfort working in a multicultural environment; prior experience with international or German-speaking guests is an advantage. Basic computer literacy (email, MS Office) and familiarity with hotel software; additional languages are a plus. Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.
