Control the food and beverage operations according to the principles determined by Rixos Hotels Egypt management. Monitor the food and beverage operations in line with the procedures determined by the hotel management, set targets and communicate and ensure adoption of these targets. Communicate decisions from the general management to subordinate employees, implement and ensure implementation of these decisions in the best manner. Manage all business and functions of the F&B Department. Maximise the department’s profitability through operations. Manage operations to ensure the highest quality delivery of food and beverage products and service. Control and analyse the below points:<br><br> Sales and costs<br><br> Display quality and service standards of F&B products<br><br> Ensure proper use, protection and maintenance of departmental utensils.<br><br> Conduct activities to increase customer satisfaction and, enhance service quality.<br><br> Consolidate business relationships between employees in the department. Responsible for preparing training programmes for the F&B Department and the trainings of employees in his/her department. Organise meetings to obtain data and achieve results. Prepare and offer new menus and beverage lists, taking into account the purchasing power of guests and the region. Make plans with department managers in order to deliver successful organisations within the hotel. Attend departmental meetings and the Head Office meeting according to the hotel management calendar. Update the below areas related to food and beverages according to the hotel’s policies and procedures:<br><br> Finance, standards, employees and trainings, outlets and recreation/entertainment<br><br> Conduct promotional activities to increase sales and conduct meetings for banquet organisations<br><br> Ensure protection, maintenance and replacement of materials and utensils.<br><br> Prepare and monitor monthly and annual F&B departmental budget. Arrange for minimum and maximum storage of materials and utensils that belong to the F&B Department. Contribute to preparing the hotel’s income plans and marketing programmes. Research opportunities for professional self-development. Deliver the income and expenses of the F&B Department in line with the facility’s budget discipline. Develop plans based on data of previous years. Determine staffing requirements (such as permanent, seasonal and interns etc.) for the following year, in line with the budget availability and upon the General Manager’s approval. Create the necessary motivational environment to ensure and increase productivity and success of current staff and develop necessary arguments to ensure F&B Department employees’ commitment to the facilities. Ensure order and control of communication, as effective communication will also increase productivity in the F&B Department. Review the departmental reports, income statements, guest relations reports, technical service reports, and departmental communication logs on a daily basis. Conduct brainstorming sessions and group work to unleash employees’ talents. Take part in the Food Safety Team and attend MR meetings. To predict that all activities and to be purchased all equipment and belongings may create disease for the environment, to join all activities which is organized to protect biological diversity and shares the responsibilities, shares the individual responsibilities in order to increase environment knowledge and to carry on necessary trainings. To provide minimum consumption currently used all stuffs and equipment (paper, printed out etc.). To implement necessary warnings and departmental trainings in order to save energy inside the facility. To carry on implementing decisions which were taken for saving energy. To predict effects of environment and efficiency of energy on purchased equipment. To implement his responsibilities in order to eliminate and collect waste in a proper way, reduce environmental pollution and harmful effects to the environment and lead to staffs. To provide carrying chemicals safely, carrying, storing and using in accordance with laws, controlling reducing chemical dirtiness. Carry out all responsibilities related to the quality management and food safety systems implemented at the facilities. Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description. <br><br>Qualifications<br><br> Education/Experience: 4-year bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of related work experience or 2 years work experience in a lower position and experience with applying the main principles and/or different methods. Foreign Language: Sufficient level of English to communicate effectively with guests and employees. Courses and Training: Requires sufficient theoretical and practical background and attendance in courses and seminars in the related field. Computer Literacy: MS Office applications. Skills: Good command of systems/legislation in the related field. Expected to offer consulting to other employees when needed. Some roles require practical knowledge of systems/programmes/software in the related field. Responsible for carrying out and coordinating complex activities in different fields.

The deeply instilled Four Seasons culture personifies by its employees - people who share a single focus and encourage to offer phenomenal service.<br><br>About The Role<br><br>Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh is looking for an accountant responsible maintain a system of purchase orders, receipts, invoices and cheque requests in order to promptly and adequately support, document and process for payment all hotel payables & ensure that all vendors are paid according to the agreed terms and to Four Seasons policies and procedures.<br><br>What You Will Do<br><br>Prepare journal entry for accrual of invoices received after closing and for goods and services received, but not yet invoiced. Maintain a separate file for purchases of all operating equipment items (china, glass, silver and linen) and capital items under the direction of the Assistant Director of Finance. Assist in the preparation of all Accounts Payable documentation for microfilming on an annual basis if needed. Maintain, and constantly update, an approved vendor listing file. Answer telephones and record messages accurately. File documents and reports. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Finance or Assistant Director of Finance. Maintain alphabetical files by vendor containing complete invoices and backup attached to the cheques for efficient access after payment. All filing is to be kept current. Ensure all payments are made correctly and with the correct authorization (approved PO), evidence of receipt, invoice or delivery slip and Accounts Payable stamp. Process all Accounts Payable invoices and manual cheques through the computer system. Complete wire authorization forms for wire transfer and ensure it is signed by two authorized signatories (from Groups A & B) and ensure all applicable backup supports the transfer. Ensure all standing orders for electronic disbursements are approved in accordance with the normal payment procedures and signed by the cheque signatories. A list of all standing orders for electronic disbursements should be maintained with details of date of payment, payee, amount and description of payment and at the beginning of each month in advance of the standing payment, this list should be routed to the cheque signatories for approval and a copy attached to bank reconciliations. Verify and process Expense Reports and Petty Cash reimbursements ensuring compliance with key controls. Forward all stop payment and void cheques to the Staff Accountant / Assistant Director of Finance for journalizing. Reconcile vendor statements as they are received, with reconciling items, including any correspondence from the vendor clearly indicated and resolve all discrepancies directly with the vendor. Prepare manual cheques as they are required if directed by Director of Finance or Assistant Director of Finance. Run the required reports at month end to close the Accounts Payable cycle.<br><br>What You Bring<br><br>Relevant degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred). Previous hotel or revenue‑audit experience, ideally within a luxury brand environment. Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and understanding of financial controls. Proficiency in PMS and financial systems; strong Excel and reconciliation skills. Compiles and distributes list of anticipated services and amenities to relevant departments. Contacts appropriate individual or department (e.g., Bell person, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security) as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem. Ensures that any outstanding requests or problems from the previous day receive priority and are resolved. Follows up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction. Listens attentively to guests to get an effective guest-oriented perspective and handles complaints properly. Makes “Guest Contacts” during the day in an effort to identify the level of guest satisfaction and, if any, complaints, suggestions and problems, and find solutions to these. Writes down any comments, requests, suggestions and complaints received from guests during the day. Asks guests to fill out a questionnaire during the day. Assesses the results of the questionnaire. Translates them into English and e-mails them to all of the department managers. Identifies the special days of guests such as birthdays, wedding anniversaries etc., makes the necessary organisation together with the related departments and monitors the organisation. Works in coordination with all departments and ensures the flow of necessary information. Follows the VIP procedures and greets VIP guests and bid them farewell. Walks agency representatives and potential guests around the facility. Prepares written documents for activities to be announced to guests. Ensures that these documents are distributed to guest rooms with the help of the related departments. Observes the overall guest satisfaction during the activities and in the areas throughout the day and reports to the Guest Relations Manager about the atmosphere. Keeps any items that guests lose in the facility or forget in their room when checking- out. Delivers any lost and found to guests still at the hotel or send them by mail. Responds to guest inquiry forms and all written suggestions, complaints etc. Provides guidance to guests for any diseases or health problems that guests may encounter and, if necessary, call a doctor and an ambulance. Monitors and reports the incident to the Guest Relations Manager. To predict that all activities and to be purchased all equipment and belongings may create disease for the environment, to join all activities which is organized to protect biological diversity and shares the responsibilities, shares the individual responsibilities in order to increase environment knowledge and to carry on necessary trainings. To provide minimum consumption currently used all stuffs and equipment (paper, printed out etc.). To implement necessary warnings and departmental trainings in order to save energy inside the facility. To carry on implementing decisions which were taken for saving energy. To predict effects of environment and efficiency of energy on purchased equipment. To implement his responsibilities in order to eliminate and collect waste in a proper way, reduce environmental pollution and harmful effects to the environment and lead to staffs. Carries out all responsibilities related to the quality management systems implemented at the facilities. Carries out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description. <br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Education: At least High School Degree. Experience: At least 4 years of experience in the industry. Foreign Language: Proficiency in English to communicate with guests and understand the professional terminology related to the devices and a good command of Arabic, German, French or Russian. Courses and Training: Prior attendance in seminars and trainings related to the job. Computer Literacy: MS Office applications, Front Office programmes (Fidelio, Opera etc.). Skills: Is familiar with guest profiles based on his/her experience. Instructs colleagues that are less experienced on how to address guests. Expected to use complex devices and equipment related to the job. Working hours will vary each month and will include <strong>early starts, late finishes, split shifts </strong>&<strong> working weekends.</strong> As part of our management team, also being on call to support with <strong>disruption serious </strong>and<strong> emergencies. </strong>Resolving<strong> customer escalations </strong>is also a key part of the role.<br><br>Our <strong>Airport Team Leaders</strong> have a genuine passion for the airport experience and always <strong>empower</strong> their team to deliver outstanding customer service. In this position, you will effectively <strong>manage performance</strong> including coaching and development as well as perform a variety of<strong> HR</strong> tasks. You will also possess the ability to deliver under pressure, analyse MI and Data, support your team, have a positive friendly attitude and be confident in IT processes and skills to use in-house <strong>digital systems</strong> daily on a laptop.<br><br><strong>What will you need?<br><br></strong>You will ideally have experience in <strong>Airport/Holiday Operations </strong>or similar. Experience of managing a<strong> customer-facing </strong>team and proven <strong>people management</strong> skills are essential.
