Occupation Description The Facility Management Senior Manager gives primary oversight and direction for City Edge’s Facilities and Physical Security operations for all sites, including ensuring management and execution of hard and soft services and projects are provided in accordance with operational and financial targets. Issue daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports about the project and provide input to Management staff. Prepare close-out report in coordination with the project team to be a reference for the company for the coming projects. Propose the recommended plan to complete the project schedule to ensure that critical issues and assumptions are covered. Issue and review the Schedule Narrative. Check with QC engineers and supervisors the delivered materials according to specifications and receipt of construction works. finishing works in accordance with the drawings and technical specifications</p><p> 2. Prepare the required data of QC monthly report to be submitted to the site QC manager</p><p> 3. Prepare and coordinate with QC manager IT&P (inspection test and plan) for all project activities and works.</p><p> 4. Coordinate with the CM and construction team for daily inspection works</p><p> 5. Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality records.</p><p> 6. Evaluate the deviation in specifications and guidance as needed.</p><p> 7. Evaluate subcontractor’s performance to be submitted to site QC manager.</p><p> 8.
