Working Hours and Days 6 days per week with one weekly day off. Regular season: 11 AM to 8 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break (8 working hours). Peak season (Back to School): 11 AM to 10 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break — 8 basic working hours plus 2 paid overtime hours daily. Salary Regular season: 7,000 EGP gross / 6,107 EGP net monthly. Probation Period The first three months are a probation period, during which either party may terminate the contract with immediate effect. We invest real time in training you during these months, so we ask you to take this commitment seriously: if you leave work before completing the probation period, you will only be paid for the days worked, no recommendation letter will be provided, and rehiring will not be considered in the future. Notice Period After the probation period, each party is obligated to notify the other party in writing one month before contract termination. Leaving work without serving the notice period means paying an amount equal to your salary for the unserved portion of the notice period.
