Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing sales operations to ensure efficient processes. The role involves building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners, as well as collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives. The Sales Director will lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, monitor performance against targets, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained.<br>Qualifications<br> <br>Strong expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets in hospitality or related industries.
