About the Role Full-time | Remote | Work from home We're looking for an Account Manager who brings order to everything they touch. Someone who's always one step ahead, never drops the ball, and genuinely understands what clients need, sometimes before the clients do. What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities) Serve as the main point of contact for clients across all active accounts Understand client needs, goals, and pain points deeply, and translate them into clear briefs for the team Organize and assign tasks to the team with clear priorities, deadlines, and ownership Follow up on deliverables and make sure nothing falls through the cracks Keep clients updated on progress without them needing to ask Attend and lead client meetings and calls, take structured notes, and share action points immediately after Monitor project timelines and flag any risks early Build strong, long-term relationships with clients based on trust and consistency Report to management on account status, team workload, and client satisfaction What We're Looking For Proven experience in account management, project coordination, or a similar client-facing role Extremely organized; you run on systems, not memory Active and proactive, you don't wait; you initiate Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Arabic and English) You understand how digital marketing works, or you're willing to learn fast You can manage multiple accounts and multiple deadlines at the same time without losing your mind Detail-oriented but still able to see the big picture Works well under pressure and stay calm when things get busy What You'll Get Full-time office position.
