Support the implementation and enforcement of company administrative policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and applicable regulations. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and reduce operational costs. Handle administrative issues and resolve day-to-day operational challenges efficiently. Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Security, Maintenance, and other departments regarding administrative matters. Maintain a professional and organized working environment across company premises. Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any relevant field.5–8 years of relevant experience in Administration, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role. Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or corporate environment is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of office administration and facility management. Experience in managing vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Good organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to supervise and motivate administrative teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
