Role Description The QA Supervisor (Construction) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, overseeing quality assurance activities across water and wastewater construction projects. This role involves developing and implementing QA/QC procedures, monitoring construction work for compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements, and coordinating inspection and testing plans. The QA Supervisor will review technical documentation, verify materials and workmanship, and prepare quality reports, non-conformance records, and corrective action plans. The role includes close collaboration with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues, support continuous improvement, and ensure safe, reliable, and durable project delivery. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Management skills applied to construction, infrastructure, or related engineering projects.
