Ensures the sorting of all daily activity reports in the Housekeeping Office. Protects the privacy and security of guests and co-workers. Answers phone calls promptly, following proper telephone etiquettes as trained and per the standards. Records all incoming calls, ensures all messages are disseminated and followed up accordingly. Handles all issues pertaining to Lost & Found - receiving, recording, storage, claiming and clearing. Updates and maintains all housekeeping files. Updates and prints out from the Opera system the room discrepancy report in morning and afternoon and ensures the submission of a copy to Accounts and Front Office. Arranges baby-sitting for guests and prepares attendance sheets for the monthly payroll. Keeps and maintains the cleanliness and tidiness of the Housekeeping Office. Clears all outdated reports on a monthly basis based on the hotel standard for record keeping. Supports all co-workers and treats them with dignity and respect. Protects company tools, equipment, machines, or other assets in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ensures uniform, nametag, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professional and in compliance with company policies and procedures. To predict that all activities and to be purchased all equipment and belongings may create disease for the environment, to join all activities which is organized to protect biological diversity and shares the responsibilities, shares the individual responsibilities in order to increase environment knowledge and to carry on necessary trainings. To provide minimum consumption currently used all stuffs and equipment (paper, printed out etc.). To implement his responsibilities in order to eliminate and collect waste in a proper way, reduce environmental pollution and harmful effects to the environment. To provide carrying chemicals safely, carrying, storing and using in accordance with laws, controlling reducing chemical dirtiness. Carries out all responsibilities related to the quality management systems implemented at the facilities Carries out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description. Occupation Description The Facility Management Senior Manager gives primary oversight and direction for City Edge’s Facilities and Physical Security operations for all sites, including ensuring management and execution of hard and soft services and projects are provided in accordance with operational and financial targets. He/she will drive continuous improvement across all responsibilities, and all assigned sites, develop and strengthen relationships with customers to ensure facilities needs are understood and met in the most effective and efficient manner, and also develop and lead facilities team to ensure full engagement and provide consistent, predictable results for business operations.<br>Job Location Split between El Sheikh Zayed and Alamein<br>Job Scope Manage KPI's and SLA's with focus on optimizing service delivery and attention to the improvement of process, systems, tools and equipment. Establish operational policies that promote engagement, company culture and vision. Oversee operations of the company working with Senior Management from other contracts and departments. Design the implementation of efficient operation solutions based on pioneering technology. Oversee financial and technical matters with a focus on performance of services delivered. Draft and submit Financial Budgets for each trade of the assigned scope. Focus on the customers and their stakeholders to deliver exceptional service, adding solutions and identifying innovative added value business opportunities that complement the services already being delivered. Support the preparation of new opportunities with reviewing the organization structure, technical specifications, and financial parameters. Ensure contract compliance with the company's policies and regulations on Quality, Environment and Health & Safety. Establish OPEX & CAPEX budgets in accordance with the operations requirement. Monitor & continuously conduct operational audits to ensure achieving the strategic approaches. Establish a cut-off date to start contract renewal, monitor scope with department heads, and procurement negotiations with vendors with oversight on budget parameters. Review tenders/benchmarking and comparative statements. Responsible for managing the overall performance of the Operations team. Provide leadership by developing and implementing operational strategies & increase organizational effectiveness by ensuring the growth and development of all employees. Develop direct reports to ensure succession plans to support future company requirements and employee career objectives. Monitor Daily Reports and flag issues to department heads where necessary and customize solutions to repetitive challenges. Prepare routine and ad hoc reports, to keep the management informed about all issues relating to the operations and take necessary action.<br>Education and Most Common Work Experience Requested Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.12+ years of related experience of which a minimum of 3-6 years should be in Facility Management Industry. Facility Management Certificate is a plus.

Perform day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the junior engineers and supervisors. Organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines. Enforce health, safety, and sustainability policies. Prepare a daily status report to present zone performance and obstacles that need to be solved. Coordinate with the Quality Control Department's schedule of inspections/tests and take any corrective action if required. Study zone drawings in order to prepare the Material, Equipment, and Man-hours requirements list based on project priorities and time schedule. Coordinate with the technical office to make sure about the right implementation of the shop drawings on site. Coordinate and organize the ongoing activities with other trades executed in the same area. Reviewing the shop drawings and AS built from the technical office. Check and hand over all subcontractor work to QA/Qc Department. Plans the resources for the execution of work with junior engineers and supervisors to meet different deadlines.

Qualifications Strong technical skills in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment and appliances. Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems relevant to kitchen operations. Ability to follow safety procedures, hygiene regulations, and equipment maintenance standards. Good communication and teamwork skills for working with kitchen staff, supervisors, and vendors. Organizational skills for managing maintenance schedules, documenting work orders, and tracking inventory of spare parts. Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or commercial kitchen maintenance role is highly beneficial. Relevant technical certification or vocational training in maintenance, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, according to operational needs.
