Position has overall responsibility for maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection. In this role, you will assist in overseeing contractor submissions, verifying actual progress versus reported updates, and supporting the Engineer’s independent assessments for claims, extensions of time (EOT), and monthly valuations.</p>

<li>Generate and update weekly/monthly reports, dashboards, and schedule snapshots for the Engineer.</li>
