Technical Office Manager

Technical Office Manager is responsible for the preparation and issuance of all project documents, ensuring coordination between team members to meet all requirements and deadline.

Ensuring full alignment with other departments to maintain highest level of productivity and profitability as per the standards of the company.


Responsibilities:

  • Control, review and approve all Tendering works.
  • Control, review and approve all Technical Office and QS works.
  • Control, review and approve all Procurement works.
  • Prepare and issuance of the annual company plans for the procurement, assets, equipment's, company extensions, etc.… and any other future plans (as strategic extensions, new projects and related recourses, etc.…).
  • Supervise and monitor the project technical offices works and establish follow up system and attend the internal meetings if required including providing of the technical support.
  • Provide required and sufficient support for the newly employed technical office engineers before working on the different projects.
  • Attend the projects technical meetings and provide the required support for the clients/consultants if required.
  • Attend the MCM meetings and handle all duties assigned to him.
  • Provide all reports to the C.E.O and the Chairman including but not limited to tendering, procurement and technical departments, strategies work.
  • Responsible for the presentation meetings/documents for the new clients and follow up all new works till the placing of the contracts.
  • Searching for new clients and provide the required researches for the market and clients
  • Sharing the reviewing, approving and applying of the new systems to improve the company performance as ISO and other systems.
  • Cascade plan into objectives and KPI’s.
  • Supervise the preparation of project plans and schedule.
  • Receive, study and save the master contract documents and file tender study with all attachments.
  • Prepare detailed lists of the needs of the project and the project requirements.
  • Work on monthly report showing the position of executive functioning business.
  • Follow-up extracts exchange by the client and the timing of the exchange and registration of deductions and the reasons for the preservation of rights in compensation
  • Perform regular follow-up with other departments.
  • Participate in selecting the needed engineers to work with collaboration with human resources department.
  • Ensure coordination and smooth operations between team members.
  • Direct subordinates and solve their problems at work
  • Provide learning chances and trainings and ensure project employees development.
  • Ensure a healthy work environment for employees to focus attention on the construction and development of team spirit
  • Conduct regular performance assessment and competencies. Provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous high achievers and take necessary action with low performance.
  • Work on the continuous development of the staff to keep up with the latest modern technologies that serve work
  • Motivate and inspire others to achieve specific objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree Architecture.
  • 18-22 years’ experience in the same field.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.
  • Very good commands of English language.
  • Good skills in producing written technical reports and recommendations in English.
  • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
