<h4>What you’ll do</h4>
<ul>
<li>Lead the delivery of one or more complex projects within an assigned portfolio, ensuring full lifecycle accountability from business case through to operational handover</li>
<li>Build, lead, and support cross-functional project teams, creating clarity of objectives and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment</li>
<li>Define and communicate the programme vision and desired future state, aligning stakeholders to shared outcomes</li>
<li>Develop detailed project and programme plans, including resource forecasting, dependencies, and critical path management</li>
<li>Prepare cost estimates and manage financial performance, including capitalisation and budget tracking</li>
<li>Integrate all workstreams into a unified delivery plan and ensure alignment across technical and business activities</li>
<li>Monitor and control project performance, embedding measurable outcomes and success criteria</li>
<li>Establish and manage stakeholder communication plans across senior internal and external stakeholders</li>
<li>Manage supply and demand of resources across the project lifecycle, including people, financials, and technology</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration throughout delivery</li>
<li>Oversee governance compliance and ensure adherence to Vodafone delivery methodologies</li>
<li>Collaborate with system integrators and third-party partners to deliver programme objectives</li>
</ul>
<h4>Who you are</h4>
<ul>
<li>Egyptian national residing in Egypt</li>
<li>Extensive experience (typically over 5 years) delivering complex, end-to-end projects within ICT or technology environments</li>
<li>Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical transformation delivery</li>
<li>Experience working within telecommunications or network environments</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying scale and complexity simultaneously</li>
<li>Skilled in stakeholder engagement and influencing across all organisational levels</li>
<li>Experience managing cross-cultural and matrix teams</li>
<li>Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and understanding of profit and loss</li>
<li>Recognised project management certification (PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP)</li>
<li>Excellent communication, organisation, and collaboration skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project</li>
<li>Ability to quickly acquire and apply new technical knowledge</li>
