About the job Plant Manager
<p>Our client, a leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead its manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence. </p><br>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><br>

<li>Own full operational and financial accountability for the plant, including production output, cost control, and capital expenditure planning.</li>
<li>Develop and execute production plans that meet demand while optimizing labor, material, and utility costs.</li>
