Full Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other sales channels.
- Sell the company's portfolio of solutions, including:
- Odoo ERP Implementation & Support
- Mobile Application Development (iOS & Android)
- eCommerce Solutions (B2B & B2C)
- Website Design & Development
- Software Development & Custom Applications
- System Integration & API Development
- Business Process Automation
- ERP Customization & Optimization
- Digital Transformation Consulting
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer business challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare presentations, quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with technical and functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation, contract signing, and customer handover.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including CEOs, CIOs, IT Managers, Operations Managers, Finance Managers, and Business Owners.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records using the company's CRM.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in software, ERP, SaaS, or IT services.
- Experience selling Odoo ERP or other ERP solutions is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of software development, mobile applications, websites, system integration, or digital transformation services is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Odoo CRM, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
Preferred Experience- Experience working with an ERP implementation partner or software house.
- Existing network of SME or enterprise customers in Egypt or the GCC.
- Experience selling software projects and IT consulting services.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Qualified leads generated.
- Customer meetings conducted.
- Proposals submitted.
- Sales pipeline value.
- Closed deals.
- Monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- New customer acquisition.
- Customer retention and repeat business.

Compensation
Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£20,000.00 per month.
Ability to Commute/Relocate- Giza: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).
