Role Description The Senior Medical Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in El Minya. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote Elvieta’s products and services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular field visits, presenting product information and clinical data, organizing and attending medical events, and ensuring consistent follow-up with key accounts. The Senior Medical Representative will monitor market trends, gather competitor and customer feedback, and provide detailed reports to the commercial and marketing teams. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure adequate product supply, supporting training activities, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards. Qualifications Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical or medical products, therapeutic areas, and basic clinical concepts. Demonstrated ability in sales, account management, and customer relationship building in the healthcare sector. Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with diverse healthcare stakeholders. Solid organizational skills, including territory planning, time management, and reporting. Commitment to ethical promotion practices, regulatory compliance, and accurate documentation. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related field. Previous experience as a Medical Representative, preferably at a senior level or in a similar position. Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems to manage contacts, activities, and data. Ability to work independently in the field, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within El Minya and surrounding areas as needed.
