Serve as the final authority on technical decisions related to core customizations. Oversee root cause analysis for complex issues, ensuring effective resolutions are implemented. Design scalable and secure core banking solutions that align with business needs. Define and oversee integration processes to enable seamless interoperability with external systems. Mentor junior developers and team members, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development<br>Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Senior Officer: Minimum 2 years in core banking system development, with leadership experience. Strong understanding of core banking operations, excellent problem-solving skills, and proficiency in relevant programming languages.

Supporting the implementation of IT resilience strategy aligned with business objectives. Define resilience objectives, key performance indicators, and incident response plans. Collaborate with business units to integrate IT resilience into the organization's business continuity management framework. Establish monitoring processes to track the resilience of IT systems and services. Promote awareness of potential risks and the importance of preparedness. Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in IT resilience and disaster recovery.
Education: University degree in Business Administration from a reputable university. Experience: (Officer): Minimum 1 year experience in Retail Banking and sales. Experience: (Team Leader): Minimum 5-year experience in Retail Banking and sales. Good in English Total knowledge of bank’s products & services. Marketing & selling skills.
