Job Description :<br>Maximize Sales Achievements<br>Coordinate with the Sales team in defining the commercial approach and tactics for each customer segment/type. Maximize sales achievements in terms of quantity, GP, MS through their teams Progressively monitor required reports on individual sales activities in a timely and accurate manner. Coordinate with external accountants, tax advisers, auditors and banking partners to maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely compliance. Assist with financial statements for landlords and property owners whenever required. Develop dashboards and reporting tools that provide management with real-time visibility into company performance. Evaluate financial results across individual properties, cities, countries and business units. Create and maintain company budgets, forecasts and financial models. Track cash flow and support management in planning future funding and capital needs. Detect financial risks, discrepancies and potential sources of revenue leakage. You will work closely with our Portfolio Management, Finance, Controlling, and Operations teams to monitor portfolio performance, ensure accurate reporting, and support financing activities. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in structured finance, asset management, and renewable energy projects while contributing directly to the growth and financial success of Enpal’s solar and battery storage portfolio.<br>What you'll do• Support the monitoring and optimization of our solar and battery storage portfolios, ensuring accurate performance tracking, covenant compliance, and timely reporting.• Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal stakeholders, lenders, and financing partners.• Support the monitoring of loan agreements and financing structures, identifying potential risks and supporting the implementation of mitigation measures.• Ensure data quality and consistency by collaborating closely with Controlling, Treasury, Cash Collection, and operational teams.• Analyze portfolio performance indicators and contribute to identifying opportunities for improvement and value creation.<br>Qualifications • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.• Professional experience in finance, controlling, investment banking, structured finance, asset management, or a related field.• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex financial data.• Good understanding of financial statements, reporting processes, and corporate finance concepts.• Proficiency in financial modelling (Excel-based cash flow models, scenario and sensitivity analysis); experience with project finance or structured finance models is a plus.• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders.
