We are seeking a highly experienced programme delivery professional to lead complex, multi-workstream transformation initiatives within Business Excellence at VOIS. This role focuses on driving strategic alignment, ensuring integrated delivery, and achieving measurable business value across large-scale programmes. The individual will play a key role in enabling governance discipline, financial oversight, and executive-level decision-making while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.<br>

The role exists to strengthen product quality assurance, laboratory governance, testing reliability, and data integrity through disciplined laboratory management and full compliance with ISO 17025 requirements. This role ensures laboratory operations evolve from isolated testing activities into an integrated quality-control and operational reliability enabler aligned with TAGADDOD s transformation strategy and Prime operating maturity journey.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>1- Laboratory Governance & Quality Control Management</p><ul><li>Lead regional laboratory and quality control governance across all
