Working closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues, you will help identify qualified candidates, maintain accurate recruitment records, coordinate interviews, and ensure a professional and inclusive candidate journey from application through offer.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Recruitment Coordination & Candidate Management</p><ul><li>Support end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions across translation, localisation, interpreting, language technology, project management and corporate teams.</li><li>Source potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals and other relevant talent channels.</li><li>Review applications and CVs against role requirements, prepare candidate shortlists and support initial screening activities.</li><li>Coordinate interview scheduling, video calls, assessments, interviewer availability and other recruitment logistics.</li><li>Maintain clear, timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.</li><li>Update candidate records, recruitment stages and notes in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.</li><li>Liaise with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to understand recruitment requirements, track progress and escalate delays or issues.</li><li>Support the preparation of job descriptions, vacancy advertisements and candidate communications that accurately reflect our employer brand.</li><li>Assist with candidate assessments, reference checks, offer administration and pre-employment documentation.</li><li>Help maintain talent pools for language professionals, including translators, editors, interpreters, linguists and localisation specialists.</li><li>Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates on pipeline activity, time-to-hire, candidate progress and other hiring metrics.</li><li>Support employer branding, careers events and recruitment marketing initiatives across relevant markets.</li><li>Handle candidate information confidentially and follow applicable data protection requirements and company policies.</li><li>Promote a positive, inclusive and consistent candidate experience across all recruitment activities.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><h2>Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications</h2><p>Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist</p><ul><li>2-3 years' experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within the translation & localization industry is a MUST.</li><li>Experience supporting recruitment processes in a high-volume, international or fast-paced environment is desirable.</li><li>Experience in the translation, localisation, interpreting, language technology or global services industry.</li><li>Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and candidate-focused approach.</li><li>Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.</li><li>Ability to build effective relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers and cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li>Confident using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, including spreadsheets, email and online collaboration tools</li><li>Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working independently as well as part of an international team.</li><li>Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.</li></ul>
<p>· Provide daily technical support through phone, email, remote assistance, and on-site visits.</p><p>· Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, Windows, printer, peripheral, and network issues.</p><p>· Prioritize support tickets, production-line checks, and urgent requests to reduce operational downtime.</p><p>· Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and approved business applications.</p><p>· Configure access to network shared folders according to approved authorization procedures.</p><p>· Escalate complex incidents to the IT Manager or relevant service provider.</p><p>· Maintain accurate incident records, actions taken, and final resolutions.</p><p>· Support meeting rooms, presentation equipment, and video-conferencing devices.<br>· Conduct daily physical checks in server rooms at Factories</p><p>· Check cooling performance, visible server and storage status indicators, and backup internet equipment.</p><p>· Report alarms, abnormal indicators, cooling issues, or connectivity failures immediately.</p><p>· Assist with basic network switch, patch panel, cabling, and connectivity checks.</p><p>· Install, configure, and maintain wireless access points.</p><p>· Support approved emergency Wi-Fi or 4G connectivity during machine-network incidents.<br>· Record hardware specifications, serial numbers, assigned users, locations, and asset status.</p><p>· Prepare and distribute laptops, desktops, monitors, phones, and peripherals, and collect signed handover forms.</p><p>· Update asset records after each assignment, transfer, return, repair, or replacement.</p><p>· Complete employee IT offboarding clearances and verify returned equipment against asset records.</p><p>· Report missing, damaged, or incomplete equipment to the IT Manager.</p><p>· Maintain organized storage for available, faulty, repaired, and retired equipment.</p><p>· Participate in periodic physical inventory checks and asset reconciliation.</p><p>· Support CCTV camera positioning and operational checks and coordinate faults with approved vendors.</p><p>· Maintain basic records of camera locations, equipment, and reported faults.</p><p>· Follow company procedures for CCTV footage requests.</p><p>· Do not extract or release footage without a documented management request and IT Manager approval.</p><p>· Maintain confidentiality during CCTV support and footage handling.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.</p><p>· 2 to 4 years of practical experience in IT helpdesk, desktop support, or technical support.</p><p>· Experience in manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or multi-site environments is preferred.</p><p>· Experience supporting on-site users, infrastructure contractors, and physical IT assets is an advantage.<br>· Understanding of IP addressing, local and wide-area networks, DNS, and DHCP.</p><p>· Practical experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.</p><p>· Basic knowledge of network switches, patch panels, structured cabling, network-point testing, and RJ45 termination.</p><p>· Experience configuring and troubleshooting wireless access points.</p><p>· Familiarity with shared-folder permissions and approved access procedures.</p><p>· Familiarity with biometric attendance devices and CCTV infrastructure.</p><p>· Basic understanding of server room environmental checks and backup connectivity tools such as 4G routers and adapters.</p><p>· Ability to maintain accurate assets, repair, network, and operational records.</p><p>. preferred certificates <strong>CompTIA A+ ,CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA , Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate , ITIL Foundation</strong></p><p></p>
