Responsability<br><br>Compliance & Regulatory<br><br>Develop, implement, and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures in line with local and international regulations. Job Purpose Provide legal support and advice to the business by handling legal procedures, preparing legal documentation, following up on court cases, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Support the company's legal interests while minimizing legal risks and maintaining compliance with governmental requirements.<br>Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice and clarification on legal procedures, regulations, and company policies. Support the company's legal position by collecting evidence and preparing documentation for legal cases. File and follow up on litigation cases before courts and governmental authorities. Prepare and review legal memoranda, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Draft and review bilingual contracts (Arabic & English) and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Prepare legal claims, pleadings, legal memoranda, and legal opinions. Ensure legal sufficiency and compliance of company documents and transactions. Follow up on commercial registration renewals and other governmental requirements before deadlines. Provide recommendations and legal opinions regarding ongoing legal matters. Assist in investigating employee violations and ensure compliance with labor law and company policies. Support the establishment of new companies and coordinate with the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) and other governmental entities. Stay updated on legal developments, regulations, and industry best practices.<br>Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Law (English Section) from a recognized Egyptian university. Registered before the Egyptian Courts of Appeal. Valid legal practice registration is preferred.<br>Experience5-6 years of practical experience in the legal profession. Proven experience in litigation management and court proceedings. Experience in company formation, corporate governance, and dealing with governmental authorities, particularly GAFI. Strong experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, legal memoranda, claims, and pleadings. Experience in handling labor law matters, employee investigations, and legal compliance.
