Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. Coordinate campaign assets, copy, links, scheduling and tracking requirements.<br>3- REVENUE & PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION Monitor affiliate revenue, clicks, conversions, commission rates, CTR, conversion rate and EPC. Track performance by partner, campaign, brand, market and content type. Identify high-performing partners, products, offers and content opportunities. Recommend optimization opportunities to improve conversion and revenue. Test different offers, placements, calls-to-action and content formats where required. Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend corrective actions. Support monthly affiliate revenue targets and forecasting.<br>4- GCC & COMMERCIAL SUPPORT Support affiliate marketing activities across Dubai, KSA and other GCC markets. Identify relevant regional brands, merchants, products and services. Monitor GCC e-commerce, consumer and affiliate marketing trends. Support Gulf Commercial teams with affiliate opportunities and campaign requirements. Support seasonal and commercial campaigns including Ramadan, Eid, Black Friday, travel periods and major shopping occasions. Identify and report broken links, incorrect tracking or missing affiliate attribution. Monitor transactions, commissions, refunds and potential reporting discrepancies. Ensure affiliate campaigns comply with partner requirements and agreed commercial terms.<br>6- REPORTING & AFFILIATE OPERATIONS Maintain accurate affiliate performance trackers and reports.
