Ensure all Medical Insurance enrollments are processed in a timely manner. Oversee the preparation of the staff files and documentation for all employees to comply with legal requirements. Maintain records and details for all employees for audit, reporting or inspections. Guide and support the off boarding processes to ensure people leave the company efficiently, positively and comply with all procedures and regulations to minimize any legal implications. Collate the feedback of people experience both on boarding and exits on a regular basis to continuously improve the Company career journey, brand, and image. Support with the arrangement of team building activities that promotes team working and a sense of fun in the company.
