Market Research analysis:Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities for Mitsubishi Motors in Egypt. Analyze industry trends, consumer preferences, and market opportunities to drive innovation and identify areas for business expansion. Support in the ordering and product planning for Mitsubishi Motors in Egypt. Support the development phase of new models, including the definition of specifications, line-ups, equipment, powertrain mix, and pricing. Drive portfolio expansion through high-potential model introductions. Digital Marketing:Oversee Mitsubishi Motors Egypt Website and Digital platforms. Oversee digital campaigns, initiatives, and projects to ensure alignment with marketing objectives. Monitor and track the progress of online campaigns, whether internally managed or executed by the agency. Analyze and validate Google Analytics data to confirm accuracy for the digital performance report. Supervise DMC/Mitsubishi Motors digital presence on Social Media platforms (FB, IG, Linked In, Youtube..etc) in coordination with the Digital Marketing Specialist Supervise and confirm posting plans with Digital Marketing Specialist. Supervise Mipulse performance with internal teams, MMMEA and MMC. PR, Influencers and Media management:Manage communication and build strong media relations with representatives, publishers, and influencers. Oversee regular competitive PR monitoring and media analysis for Mitsubishi Motors and competitor brands. Oversee, distribute, and communicate press releases and PR articles to media outlets. Manage collaboration and initiatives with influencers, automotive reviews, and media representatives. Events Oversee and manage the execution of events, ensuring seamless coordination with the GM of Marketing and marketing team. Plan, manage and execute events including New model launches, media days, Test drive events, training days, gatherings and special events. Plan and manage brand and on ground displays and activations. Cross Functional Activities:Oversee all aspects of presales and post-purchase/aftersales marketing, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience. Partner with sales and aftersales teams to design and implement marketing programs that support revenue growth and customer acquisition. Ensure visual consistency across all retail and service locations by working with relevant departments to uphold brand identity standards. Provide sales and service centers with updated promotional and informational materials to enhance customer engagement. Communication:Maintain strategic communication with OEM and Mitsubishi Motors global teams to ensure all marketing activities align with corporate guidelines and brand expectations. Collaborate and manage effective communication and relationships with all internal and external parties including government authorities, agencies, media, influencers, other DMC departments and overseas parties in Kuwait, Dubai and Japan. Budgeting:Formulate and manage the brand’s budget forecasting and expenditure monitoring. Track and reconcile monthly expenses, ensuring alignment between planned and actual budgets, purchase requests, and financial approvals. Coordinate with procurement and finance departments to facilitate smooth budgetary and operational processes. Monitoring and Reporting:Establish and track essential brand performance metrics to measure progress and inform future marketing efforts. Ensure timely execution of planned marketing campaigns while staying within budgetary constraints. Design and deliver impactful programs for the sales team to ensure they understand product features, market strategies, and competitive positioning. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and activities, adjusting as necessary to improve outcomes. Measure and report performance of all Mitsubishi marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
