Your Job<br><br>We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Regional Payroll Expert to manage accurate and timely payroll and HR administrative processes across Egypt &UAE. Act as a payroll advisor to other departments when needed.<br><br><br>Reporting, Finance Support & Audit Readiness<br><br>Prepare payroll-related reports, including payroll expenses and labour cost reports, in collaboration with Finance. Support Finance during the month-end close process. Reconcile payroll-related data with HR and Finance teams. Prepare for and support internal and external payroll audits. Ensure payroll records are accurate, compliant, and audit ready.<br><br><br>Compliance & Payroll Systems<br><br>Stay updated with local payroll regulations across Egypt UAEEnsure payroll practices comply with legal requirements, company policies, and procedures. Work with external payroll vendors to troubleshoot and optimise payroll systems. Use payroll software and systems effectively to process payroll. Conduct training sessions for supervisors on time and attendance systems. Prepare system guidance materials, manuals, to support supervisors in managing timesheets.<br><br><br>HR Administration<br><br>Draft and manage HR letters, including employment verification letters, offer letters, and termination letters. Ensure HR communications are accurate, timely, legally compliant, and aligned with company policies. Issue HR letters within 24 hours of receiving the request. Senior Accounts Payable <br>Key Accountabilities :Review and post PO and non-PO invoices with accurate vendor, tax, cost center, GL account, and payment-term coding. Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, goods receipts, and supplier invoices; investigate quantity and price variances. Monitor GRNI & GIT with Company’s Departments. Reconcile supplier statements to resolve missing invoices, duplicate billings, debit balances, and old items. Process employee expense claims Ensure compliance with company policies, delegation of authority, local tax requirements, and internal control procedures. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable. Understanding construction contracts, subcontractor billing, and project accounting. Develop and continuously update financial audit work programs covering accounts payable/receivable, payroll, fixed assets, treasury, tax compliance, and financial reporting. Lead and supervise the execution of all financial audit engagements; allocate tasks to audit staff, review working papers, and ensure adherence to IIA standards, quality benchmarks, and audit timelines. Conduct opening and closing meetings with auditee department heads; prepare and document meeting minutes. Identify, assess, and document financial risks that may hinder achievement of strategic and operational objectives for audited units. Execute unplanned/special financial audit assignments as directed by the Audit Committee or Senior Manager. Prepare draft financial audit reports with clear, evidence-based findings and actionable recommendations; submit to Senior Manager for review and approval prior to issuance. Prepare Corrective/Preventive Action Requests (CPAR) when non-conformities or control deficiencies are identified during audit execution. Contribute to periodic audit summary reports (quarterly, semi-annual, annual) covering financial audit findings and corrective action status. Monitor and follow up on the implementation of agreed corrective actions arising from financial audit findings; escalate unresolved items to Senior Manager. Perform follow-up inspection visits to verify that corrective measures identified during prior financial audits have been properly implemented. Establish and maintain an efficient filing and classification system for financial audit working papers, reports, and relevant documentation. Coordinate with the external auditors as directed by the Senior Manager; provide required financial data and working papers to support their engagement. Supervise, mentor, and review the work of financial audit staff (Senior and Junior Auditors); provide technical guidance and constructive feedback. Carry out any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor that fall within the scope of the role.<br>Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CIA is preferred. CPA, CMA, or progress toward these certifications is an advantage. From 9 - 12 years in internal or external audit with a financial focus; prior experience supervising junior staff. Good knowledge of IIA Standards, IFRS/IAS, Egyptian Accounting Standards, Egyptian Tax Law, and internal control frameworks (COSO). Strong analytical skills, professional skepticism, attention to detail, structured report writing, and ability to coach junior auditors. Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
This is a managerial leadership position. You will report directly to the Director of Operations and hold full accountability for the people, processes, and performance of the Gasket, Rubber and Magnet Strip section. You will lead a team of supervisors, technicians, and operators, and serve as the operational bridge between Production, Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop production supervisors, technicians, and operators across both sections. Set performance objectives, conduct appraisals, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Train, mentor, and develop team members on SOPs, best practices, and new production techniques. Maintain a skill matrix for all production staff and use it to guide training plans and deployment decisions. Resolve workforce issues and maintain high engagement on the shop floor. Own daily, weekly, and monthly production output — volume, quality, and on-time delivery. Oversee shift planning, resource allocation, and production scheduling in coordination with the Planning team. Monitor and drive OEE, identifying and closing performance gaps; enforce first-production approval at shift start, model change, and after any unplanned stoppage. Minimize downtime through structured coordination with the Maintenance team. Enforce 4M change management (Man, Machine, Material, Method): track changes, and review risks. Lead improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma/DMAIC methodologies; actively engage shop-floor employees in the suggestion system. Develop, document, and maintain SOPs, process flow charts (raw material receipt to shipping, including rework/repair loops), and control plans linked to FMEA. Create and update Value Stream Maps (VSM) to identify waste and improvement opportunities; support all improvements with statistical data. Ensure process FMEAs are updated at each product or process change; re-score after corrective actions and apply lessons learned horizontally across similar processes. Manage feasibility assessments for new production projects (capacity, manpower, equipment). Ensure all critical and special product characteristics are identified in SOPs, control plans, and FMEAs, and clearly communicated at workstations. Collaborate with Quality Control to proactively reduce defects, scrap, and rework across all shifts. Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001:2015 on the production floor at all times. Maintain permanent audit readiness across production documentation, workstations, and processes for customer audits. Lead corrective action management using 8D, Fishbone, and 5-Why methods; ensure FMEA, control plans, and SOPs are updated after every major nonconformance. Enforce PPE usage, machine guards, and safety compliance across production areas. Track and report production KPIs (OEE, capacity utilization, CT, throughput rate, down time, scrap rate, on-time delivery, rework) to the Director of Operations regularly. Work cross-functionally with Planning, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Quality to align production execution with business goals. Participate in management review meetings; contribute production data, root cause findings, and improvement action plans.<br>Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.8–10 years of experience in production or manufacturing management. Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in PVC gaskets production or home appliance / refrigerator manufacturing is strongly preferred. Lean Green Belt certification required — Six Sigma Black Belt, CPIM, or equivalent is a strong plus. Proven track record managing production teams and driving measurable improvements in output, quality, and efficiency. Hands-on experience with OEE tracking, VSM, Lean, 5S, Kaizen, FMEA, control plans, and SPC (CPK/Ppk). Experience with customer supplier audits is a strong advantage. Solid knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and manufacturing compliance requirements. Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production management tools. Excellent written and spoken English.
