Job Requirements:<br>

Daily tasks: Responsible for receiving customers, responding to all their inquiries related to prices, product advantages, and installment systems, while providing a professional sales experience that helps achieve sales and build a good relationship with the customer. Resolve customer problems and understand their causes, while working to provide appropriate solutions quickly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and improve the purchasing experience. Execute the entire sales process in the system, from order registration to payment completion, collecting the sales value from customers either in cash, or via payment cards, or through various installment applications and systems. Replace products with manufacturing defects in accordance with company policies, ensuring maintenance of service level and customer satisfaction. - Technical marketing specialist and Software as a Service (SaaS) sales for companies (B2B) to make them subscribe to the specialized AI platforms service.- Possesses high skills and broad technical knowledge in producing videos using AI and posting on media platforms and via WhatsApp for business and messages, and social media including LinkedIn, and email.- Has experience in marketing and sales automation- The ideal candidate should combine deep passion for technology/AI with effective B2B sales strategies, with a particular focus on contracting, construction, and engineering firms in the UAE and Saudi Arabia markets.- Automating outreach to potential and existing clients: developing strategies and launching and optimizing automated email campaigns for leads, successfully converting them into current customers, and scheduling platform demonstrations.- LinkedIn marketing: leveraging LinkedIn to connect with C-suite executives, legal advisors, and contract managers in the Construction and Engineering sector within the GCC.- Content creation using AI: using advanced AI tools (video and image creation platforms) to generate engaging visual content that highlights the platform’s technical value.- Personal brand and thought leadership: developing and executing content strategies that establish the platform’s position and leadership as experts in dealing with contractual and engineering risk using AI.T Requirements:- Proven track record in SaaS/cloud subscriptions sales for companies (experience selling digital solutions, not physical products).- Extensive experience with Canva, Apollo, and Sender platforms.- Strong professional knowledge of UAE and/or Saudi Arabia markets, with understanding of how engineering and construction firms operate. 5-10 years of sales and marketing experience.- Extensive experience in creating AI videos, Coracles, and AI-related tools.- Practical experience using direct communication tools (such as Instantly, Lemlist, and HubSpot) and AI-powered creative multimedia platforms.- In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn algorithms, personal branding techniques, and content distribution strategies.- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.- Proficiency in Arabic as a native or professional level, with excellent communication and presentation skills in English.<p><strong>Additional Details</strong></p><ul><li>Number of openings: 2</li><li>Shift system: Morning only</li><li>Supports people with special needs (mild mobility impairment, using a cane, using a wheelchair, limb amputations)</li></ul>
