Job Purpose The Service Engineer is responsible for installation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, technical support, service documentation, customer training, and uptime management for all medical equipment and software solutions represented by Quantiva Health. The role ensures compliance with manufacturer requirements, customer satisfaction, and service excellence.<br>Key Responsibilities:Perform installation, commissioning, testing, and handover of represented medical devices. Execute preventive maintenance visits according to manufacturer schedules. Diagnose and repair hardware, software, electrical, electronic, mechanical, and networking issues. Respond to service calls and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Maintain detailed service reports, maintenance records, and installed-base documentation. Provide user training and technical guidance to clinical and biomedical teams. Manage spare parts inventory and recommend stock levels. Escalate complex issues to manufacturers and coordinate technical resolutions. Support pre-sales demonstrations, site surveys, and technical evaluations when required.
