Support tender stage by providing clarifications and value engineering proposals. Ensure all designs meet client requirements, authority approvals, and project specifications. Conduct internal design checks and ensure quality standards are maintained. Assist in resolving site technical issues during construction (as required).<br>Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Professional certifications or specialized courses in electrical or telecom systems are an advantage.2-5 years of relevant experience in electrical and telecom design. Previous experience in consultancy or design offices is preferred. Experience in infrastructure, buildings, or mixed-use projects is an advantage. Proficiency in Auto CAD (Revit MEP is an advantage). Electrical calculation software (e.g., ETAP, Dialux, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of electrical & telecom design standards and codes. Ability to prepare BOQs and technical specifications. Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC + Fire Protection + Plumbing) We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and delivery of HVAC, Fire Protection (FPR), and Plumbing (PLD) systems for complex and themed environments. The role involves end-to-end responsibility from concept design through construction and commissioning, with strong coordination across multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities1.
