Support tender stage by providing clarifications and value engineering proposals. Ensure all designs meet client requirements, authority approvals, and project specifications. Conduct internal design checks and ensure quality standards are maintained. Assist in resolving site technical issues during construction (as required).<br>Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Professional certifications or specialized courses in electrical or telecom systems are an advantage.2-5 years of relevant experience in electrical and telecom design. Previous experience in consultancy or design offices is preferred. Experience in infrastructure, buildings, or mixed-use projects is an advantage. Proficiency in Auto CAD (Revit MEP is an advantage). Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC + Fire Protection + Plumbing) We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and delivery of HVAC, Fire Protection (FPR), and Plumbing (PLD) systems for complex and themed environments. The role involves end-to-end responsibility from concept design through construction and commissioning, with strong coordination across multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities1. Develop and optimize warehouse layouts, storage areas, staging zones, line-side areas, aisles, docks, and material movement routes. Define MHE requirements through workload, cycle time, utilization, and capacity calculations. Develop headcount requirements based on time studies, productivity assumptions, workload, and shift patterns. Supervise Packaging Engineers and support packaging solutions for overseas, local supplier, and in-house packaging.
