<p><strong>ملخص الوظيفة (Job Summary)&nbsp;</strong></p><p>يتولى مهندس الكهرباء مسؤولية الإشراف الكامل على الأعمال والمخططات الكهربائية في الموقع</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>المهام والمسؤوليات (Key Responsibilities)</strong></p><ul><li>دراسة المخططات: مراجعة الرسومات التصميمية (Issued for Construction - IFC) والاشتراك في إعداد رسومات</li><li>الإشراف الميداني: متابعة تنفيذ الأعمال الكهربائية في الموقع يومياً، وضمان مطابقتها لأصول الصناعة والمواصفات</li><li>إدارة المواد: فحص المواد الكهربائية الموردة للموقع (كابلات، لوحات، محولات، كشافات) والتأكد من اعتمادها</li><li>التنسيق الهندسي: التنسيق المستمر مع المهندسين المدنيين والمعماريين والميكانيكيين لمنع أي تعارض في مسارات</li><li>إعداد التقارير: كتابة التقارير الدورية (يومية/أسبوعية/شهرية) حول نسب الإنجاز، ومعوقات العمل، وتقديمها لمدير المشروع.</li><li>حصر الكميات: حساب الكميات الفعلية المنفذة في الموقع بدقة لإعداد مستخلصات مقاولي الباطن والمستخلصات المرفوعة للمالك.</li><li>الاختبار والتشغيل: الإشراف على تجارب التشغيل الأولية (Commissioning &amp; Testing) للأنظمة الكهربائية قبل التسليم النهائي للاستشاري والمالك.</li><li>إعداد المخططات النهائية: الإشراف على تجهيز المخططات كما نفذت على أرض الواقع (As-Built Drawings) وتسليمها ضمن مستندات إغلاق المشروع.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>المؤهلات والمتطلبات (Requirements &amp; Qualifications)</strong></p><ul><li>التعليم: بكالوريوس الهندسة الكهربائية (قوى وآلات) من جامعة معترف بها.</li><li>الخبرة: خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 إلى 5 سنوات في موقع العمل</li><li>البرامج الهندسية: إجادة تامة لبرنامج AutoCAD، وبرامج حسابات الإضاءة Dialux، وبرامج إدارة المشاريع وحسابات</li><li>المعرفة بالأكواد: دراية كاملة بالأكواد الكهربائية المحلية والعالمية (مثل الأكواد المصرية، أو الخليجية، أو كود IEC / NEC).</li><li>المهارات الشخصية: قدرة عالية على القيادة، وإدارة العمالة ومقاولي الباطن، والعمل تحت ضغط، وحل المشكلات الميدانية بسرعة.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ظروف وببيئة العمل (Working Conditions)</strong></p><ul><li>مكان العمل: العمل ميداني وموزع بين موقع الإنشاء (Site) والمكتب الفني بالمشروع.</li><li>طبيعة العمل: دوام كامل، وقد يتطلب الأمر التواجد في ورديات مسائية أو ساعات عمل إضافية لتلبية مواعيد تسليم المشاريع الحرجة.</li></ul>

The role focuses on supervising and executing finishing works while ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with design intent. The position is part time, on-site, and based in Alexandria, Egypt, requiring close collaboration with project teams, operations staff, and clients to support ongoing and new maritime projects.<br>Qualifications<br> Technical skills in marine engineering, civil or mechanical engineering, or related field, with specific experience in marine fender systems or coastal structures. Practical skills in inspection, installation, and maintenance of marine equipment, including the use of hand tools, measuring instruments, and basic diagnostic tools. Ability to read and prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports, using CAD or similar design software where required. Knowledge of relevant maritime and port standards, safety regulations, and best practices related to berthing and fender system performance. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess site conditions and propose effective technical solutions. Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and interact professionally with clients and suppliers. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and site visits in a part-time capacity. Relevant technical diploma or engineering degree; previous experience in port operations, shipyard environments, or maritime projects is an advantage. Proficiency in English and Arabic is beneficial, along with a willingness to follow company safety procedures and continuous learning in maritime technologies.
