Our goal is to create spaces that are both functional and visually outstanding. Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Architectural Finishing Engineer to join our team on-site in Maadi. The role focuses on supervising and executing finishing works while ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with design intent. Key Responsibilities Supervise interior and exterior finishing works on site Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project team Review drawings and ensure accurate execution Prepare material and finishing schedules Monitor project progress to meet deadlines and budget Inspect completed work and ensure quality standards Resolve technical issues and maintain workflow efficiency Prepare site reports and documentation Requirements Experience: 2 years in fit-out and finishing projects (mandatory) Candidates with more than 4 years of experience will not be considered (role aligned with specific salary structure) Strong knowledge of finishing materials and execution methods Ability to read and interpret drawings and shop drawings Experience in site supervision and contractor coordination Basic proficiency in Auto CAD and Microsoft Office Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field Strong attention to detail and time management skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Additional Requirement Must own a car for site transportation Salary Range EGP 10,000 – 15,000 (based on experience and level) If you meet the above criteria and are ready to grow with a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you.
