Company Description At Flowna, we believe companies are drowning in scattered knowledge and bloated enterprise software. We are an early-stage startup currently in the stealth building phase, laying the groundwork for an AI-native platform designed to centralize knowledge and automate manual workflows. We aren't just building software; we are building "Flow state" for professionals. Join us on the ground floor as we shape the future of lightweight, powerful business efficiency. ????
Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid role for a Creative GTM Strategist / Product Marketer based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility to work remotely.
We already have the technical GTM infrastructure (data scraping, automation, AI orchestration) locked down. What we need is your creative brain. As our Creative GTM lead, you will be the bridge between our technical product and the psychology of our users.
You will lead the brainstorming and execution of our positioning, messaging, and landing pages. Your daily mission is to translate complex AI features into simple, human-scale benefits, run creative experiments, and help us find the perfect Product-Market Fit.
What You Will DoPositioning & Copywriting: Distill complex AI workflows into sharp, "sticky" messaging. You will write copy that breaks through the noise and speaks directly to the pain points of SME Operations Managers. Landing Page Creation: Take ownership of designing and iterating highly converting, visually stunning landing pages (using tools like Framer, Webflow, or similar). Creative Brainstorming: Act as the creative sounding board for the founder. When the industry "zags" with boring corporate speak, you will help us "zig" with unexpected, bold campaigns. Customer Empathy: Talk to our beta users, understand their psychology, and translate their feedback directly into our GTM strategy.
Qualifications The Creative Eye: Proven experience in product marketing, creative strategy, or growth marketing. You know what makes a brand look and sound premium. Master Copywriter: You understand how to write copy that converts. You know how to replace abstract jargon with concrete, emotional, and compelling stories. No-Code / Design Chops: You don't need to know Python or Java Script, but you do need to be highly proficient with landing page builders (Framer, Webflow) and visual design tools (Figma, Canva). Psychology over Technology: You care more about why a user clicks a button than the code behind it. Strong empathy and analytical thinking focused on user behavior. Scrappy & Collaborative: Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-moving hybrid environment. You love brainstorming sessions and aren't afraid to test wild ideas. Background: A background in Marketing, Design, Psychology, Communications, or equivalent creative experience. Prior experience launching Saa S products is a massive bonus.
Feel like you're the one? Don't hesitate and let's have a talk!
