The role is responsible for ensuring that purchase orders, supplier readiness, freight arrangements, customs clearance, warehouse coordination, and customer deliveries are completed accurately and on time. The successful candidate must have strong follow-up skills, solid experience in import operations, and the ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, finance, sales, operations, and warehouse teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end logistics activities for local and international orders. Follow up with suppliers regarding purchase orders, production status, readiness dates, packing lists, and shipping documents. Arrange sea, air, and land freight shipments based on cost, urgency, and delivery requirements.
