Role Description The Technology Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing technology projects that support Stitch®’s AI-driven engagement platform. Day-to-day tasks include defining project scope and objectives, managing timelines and resources, tracking budgets, and coordinating across engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery. The Technology Project Manager will manage risks and dependencies, communicate project status to stakeholders, and help improve project management processes and tools. The person in this role will also work to align technical initiatives with business goals and contribute to continuous improvement of project outcomes. Qualifications Strong project management skills, including experience leading end-to-end technology projects and managing timelines, scope, and deliverables. Program management capabilities to coordinate multiple related initiatives and align them with strategic business objectives. Information technology knowledge, with familiarity in software development lifecycles, integrations, and cloud-based platforms. Analytical skills to interpret data, assess risks, make informed decisions, and optimize project performance. Budgeting experience, including planning, monitoring, and reporting on project financials. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with skill in collaborating across cross-functional teams. Proven organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and reporting. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage. Experience in AI, Saa S, or customer engagement platforms is beneficial, along with a willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.
