Role Description This is a full-time, on-site English Customer Support Representative role based in Cairo for graduates with B2–C1 English proficiency. The role involves responding to customer inquiries across various channels, resolving account and payment-related issues, and guiding users through Tabby’s products and services. The representative will investigate customer concerns, collaborate with technical teams to address support tickets, and follow up to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include documenting interactions in internal systems, analyzing recurring issues, and suggesting improvements to processes and knowledge bases. The role requires consistent adherence to quality and compliance standards while maintaining a professional, clear, and empathetic communication style.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on handling inquiries and resolving issues in a professional, customer-centric manner. Technical Support capabilities, including understanding fintech products, troubleshooting basic technical problems, and escalating complex cases appropriately. Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback, identify patterns in issues, and contribute to process and service improvements. Excellent Communication skills in English (B2–C1 level), both written and verbal, with clear, concise, and empathetic customer interaction. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Business, Communication, Languages, IT, or a related discipline. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage time effectively in a high-volume environment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or fintech/financial services is an advantage. Comfort with using CRM tools, ticketing systems, and standard office software; willingness to learn new platforms and procedures.
