<ul>
<li>Clean the rooms according to identified standards.</li>
<li>Sign when taking and handing back keys.</li>
<li>Start off by dusting the general area in the lobby.</li>
<li>Organise the floor trolleys and procure missing material.</li>
<li>Respond to all guest demands related to the rooms and cleaning as quickly and effectively as possible (e.g. extra bed, pillows, towels etc.).</li>
<li>Collect the empty plates, glasses, utensils in the rooms and place them on the shelf in front of the elevator.</li>
<li>Clean the rooms assigned to him/her according to the identified standards.</li>
<li>Fill in the room status, textile report and amenities report in the maid report.</li>
<li>Immediately inform by phone the housekeeping office of any maintenance and repairs needed in the floors, corridors, offices or room and also inform the floor supervisors.</li>
<li>Immediately report any room discrepancies.</li>
<li>Immediately hand in all lost and found items to the housekeeping office.</li>
<li>Use and maintain the floor offices and amenities offices in a clean and orderly manner in line with the desired standards.</li>

<h4>Overview of the role</h4>
<p>To lead the internal audit function across multiple business sectors, ensuring strategic alignment with enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance objectives. The role provides assurance to executive leadership and the Audit Committee.</p>
<h4>What you will do</h4>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute the group-wide internal audit strategy and annual audit plan. Assist the Audit Manager in the development of the annual audit plan by assessing the degree of risk.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Finance to align assurance activities.</li>
<li>Drive adoption of data analytics, automation, and continuous auditing practices.</li>
<li>Lead high-impact audits, fraud investigations, and special reviews.</li>
<li>Present findings and risk insights to department owners and division heads.</li>
<li>Oversee audit team performance, resource allocation, and professional development.</li>
<li>Review and approve the audit programs that accompany each audit assignment before commencement of the audit.</li>
<li>In some cases, conduct internal audit assignments for evaluation of adequacy and effectiveness of the system of internal control and quality of performance.</li>
<li>Document audit work in the Audit Management system which can fully support the audit findings.</li>
<li>Prepare professional audit reports which clearly communicate findings, analysis, appraisals, recommendations, and information concerning the activities audited.</li>
<li>Discuss preliminary audit findings with the concerned staff/management to highlight observations and obtain their concurrence.</li>
<li>Prepare and validate the executive summary for each engagement along with the detailed report and audit follow-up form.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of monthly summary reports to be presented to the Group Director after review by the department head.</li>
<li>Extend audit coverage to a wider and more representative population using computer-based audit techniques, e.g., use of ACL.</li>
<li>Achieve high professional standards of audit performance, reports, and recommendations in conformity with International Standards of Internal Audit and within the Group’s policy, procedures, and long-range goals.</li>
<li>Perform consulting assignments based on management requests to establish facts or evaluate specific situations.</li>
<li>Conduct fraud investigations to identify loss/exposure, control weaknesses, personnel responsible, and recommendations to prevent recurrence.</li>
