Operating and monitoring the readiness of boilers according to approved operating procedures. Monitor steam pressure, temperature, and water level to ensure safe operation. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers and their accessories. Monitor feed pumps, safety valves, and boiler control systems. Conduct periodic inspections and report any faults, leaks, or reduced efficiency. Monitor boiler water quality and coordinate with specialists to ensure proper chemical treatment. Record daily operating readings and prepare fault and maintenance reports. Collaborate with mechanical and electrical maintenance teams during repair and maintenance work. The position holder works under the guidance and supervision of the Farm Manager and is responsible for developing production strategies, soil analysis, irrigation and fertilization management, pest and disease control, supervising agricultural operations from planting to harvest, and training workers, with a focus on improving crop quality and quantity using modern techniques, and providing periodic reports to management to achieve maximum production efficiency. Occupational Safety and Health Specialist (HSE Specialist)Responsibilities: Implement and follow up on occupational safety and health procedures inside the factory according to approved policies and standards. Conduct regular inspection rounds to ensure compliance with safety requirements, identify potential risks, and take necessary corrective actions. Assess occupational risks for production areas, warehouses, and production lines and implement appropriate preventive measures. Investigate accidents and injuries and near misses, preparing reports and recommendations to prevent recurrence. Ensure workers comply with personal protective equipment (PPE) usage and apply safety instructions during work. Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
