The Contact Center Specialist will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, providing accurate information about Data Flow’s verification services and processes. Support manufacturing feasibility studies and process validation. Coordinate engineering changes and process updates. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report assembly KPIs, including: Productivity Efficiency Throughput Defect Rate Rework Rate Downtime Prepare technical reports and presentations for management review.<br>Qualifications:<br>Bachelor’s degree in Automotive engineering, Mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly operations.
