The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving quality excellence across manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, validation, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives for both Pharmaceuticals and biotechnology sites. By working closely with the current Quality Senior Director, the successful candidate will gain broad exposure to the strategic, operational, and regulatory aspects of leading a world-class Quality organization while driving transformational initiatives across the business.<br>Key Responsibilities Partner with the Quality Senior Director in defining and executing the company's Quality vision and strategy. Champion a culture of quality excellence, compliance, continuous improvement, and operational performance. Provide executive leadership multidisciplinary quality teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Oversee Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Validation, Qualification, Documentation, and Compliance activities. Refine and monitor quality KPIs and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance operational performance. Support regulatory inspections, customer audits, and internal audits while ensuring timely closure of observations. Drive quality risk management, deviation investigations, change control, CAPA, and product quality review processes. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D to ensure sustainable quality performance. Act on behalf of the Quality Director when required. Lead inspection readiness for global regulatory authorities and international customers. Drive digital transformation, quality risk management, CAPA effectiveness, and process excellence initiatives. Build and develop high-performing quality teams while strengthening organizational capabilities.<br>We're Looking For A seasoned pharmaceutical quality executive with a proven record of leadership in GMP-regulated manufacturing. Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy is a must. A postgraduate qualification is an advantage. From 15 to 30 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical quality functions, including at least 7 years in a senior leadership role. Deep expertise in c GMP and international regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, EU GMP, WHO, PIC/S). Demonstrated experience leading quality systems within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Verified success in regulatory inspections, quality transformation, and organizational leadership. Strong project management and change management capabilities. Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. A strategic thinker with strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence all organizational levels. A leader who develops people, drives change, and inspires excellence. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Location: 10th of Ramadan (Transportation Provided)
