Greet guests warmly upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor<br>
Assist with unloading and loading luggage efficiently and safely<br>
Escort guests to the reception desk and check with them about their trip

<li><strong>Luggage & transportation services</strong><br>
Transport guest luggage promptly to and from rooms<br>
Store luggage securely when required<br>
Coordinate transportation services such as taxis, limousines, or shuttle services
</li>
<li><strong>Guest assistance</strong><br>
Provide directions, hotel information, and local recommendations<br>
Handle special requests (e.g., extra amenities, deliveries, messages)<br>
Support guests with mobility or accessibility needs
</li>
<li><strong>Coordination & communication</strong><br>
Work closely with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams<br>
Communicate guest requests and preferences effectively<br>
Ensure timely service delivery across departments

<li><strong>Lobby & entrance management</strong><br>
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and lobby area<br>
Manage traffic flow at the hotel entrance<br>
Uphold safety and security standards

<h4>What you bring</h4>

<li>More than 1 year experience.</li>
<li>Native Arabic speaker.</li>
<li>Have authorization of citizenship.</li>
