Responsibilities Lead and oversee the design review and permitting process, ensuring timely attainment of all required approvals and permits. Manage and follow up on obtaining structural approvals from the relevant Structural Review Committee. Oversee the process of obtaining fire and safety approvals from the Civil Defense Authority (CDA). Review, prepare, and ensure the timely submission of all required permitting documentation to the 6th of October City Council to secure final building licenses. Particularly in the stations, the finalization of the design requires a final coordination stage between civil works, architecture, MEP and control systems to ensure a smooth installation on site, the identification of the necessary provisions and the advance resolution of all clashes. </p><br><br>
Missions/Main Duties
<br><p>The senior coordinator for stations plays a key role in ensuring that the final design of all packages are fully integrated and ready for implementation.
