Receives project brief and general project plan including timeline. Follows a time schedule for all technical design phases including all detailed activities. Receives 3D drawings and renders from the Team Leader after client approval. Understands requirements of the project plan, life safety issues, MEP permits, building codes, material lists, and other technical aspects. Reviews As-Built drawings submitted by the client and coordinates with the site supervision team throughout the project to ensure technical drawings match all site changes. Generates technical sheets and working drawings with calculated dimensions (Technical 1 and Technical 2) for assigned projects. The successful candidate will manage sustainability certifications, develop sustainability strategies, lead technical studies, provide project-level sustainability leadership, and support business development initiatives while mentoring junior team members.
