Eliminate any problems and shortcomings in inspections and controls and report any needs. Make every effort to be the best.</li><li>To predict that all activities and to be purchased all equipment and belongings may create disease for the environment, to join all activities which is organized to protect biological diversity and shares the responsibilities, shares the individual responsibilities in order to increase environment knowledge and to carry on necessary trainings. <h4>Key skills/qualifications</h4>
<ul>
<li>Several years of experience relevant to this position, including 5+ years of direct project and/or program management experience in one or more of the assignments listed in the former section, executed as a delivery project manager with project P&L responsibility.</li>
<li>Proven record of full lifecycle implementations of projects exceeding 1000 days delivery effort.</li>
<li>Current PMI – PMP, Prince2 Practitioner or similar certification.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Lead or Agile Coach, preferably within large organizations would be a great plus.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity.</li>
<li>Experienced working in a matrix management environment.</li>
<li>Experience in bid management with deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.</li>
<li>Depending on the seniority, proven experience in working with customer senior managers or executives.</li>
<li>Cloud technology focus, and technical or industry domain expertise in one or more of the assignments listed above would be a great plus.</li>
<li>Proven experience in managing remote and offshore teams.</li>

<h4>Overview of the role</h4>
<p>Manage the tenant and customer liaison function by ensuring Cairo Festival City Mall tenants adhere to Al-Futtaim retail standards, business compliance requirements, and agreed tenant obligations. The role is responsible for strengthening tenant performance, improving commercial value, supporting customer satisfaction, and ensuring a positive customer experience across every touchpoint of the customer journey. The position works closely with tenants, internal stakeholders, and senior management to identify opportunities, drive performance improvement, enhance retail standards, and implement customer experience initiatives in line with the mall’s vision.</p>
<h4>What you will do</h4>

<li>Ensure all tenants adhere to industry standards, government regulations, Al-Futtaim policies, lease requirements, and the Tenant Manual.</li>
<li>Identify and improve operational systems and processes to strengthen tenant compliance, service delivery, and overall retail standards.</li>
<li>Act as a key point of contact between the mall and tenants, managing expectations and providing practical solutions that support improved commercial performance.</li>
