<h4>Overview of the role</h4>
<p>To lead the internal audit function across multiple business sectors, ensuring strategic alignment with enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance objectives. The role provides assurance to executive leadership and the Audit Committee.</p>
<h4>What you will do</h4>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute the group-wide internal audit strategy and annual audit plan. Assist the Audit Manager in the development of the annual audit plan by assessing the degree of risk.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Finance to align assurance activities.</li>
<li>Drive adoption of data analytics, automation, and continuous auditing practices.</li>
<li>Lead high-impact audits, fraud investigations, and special reviews.</li>

<li>Perform consulting assignments based on management requests to establish facts or evaluate specific situations.</li>

<p>As an O2C Senior Manager in Group Finance Shared Service Centre (FSSC), the role will focus on supporting and managing the day-to-day activities of the O2C function whilst complying with organization’s policies and procedures and ensuring necessary checks and balances to mitigate risks:</p>
<h4>Key responsibilities:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Provide financial support in accounts receivable and revenues area to Asset Management, Property Services, BU and Leasing teams and act as a finance business partner in this regard.</li>
<li>Provide necessary support to Asset Management teams in preparation of budgets, forecasts and long-term plans through rationalization, validation, and verification of tenant revenue figures and balances.</li>
<li>Have proper control over billing process ensuring timely and accurate generation of A/R invoices.</li>
