This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for water and wastewater treatment projects, pumping stations, and related equipment, with a focus on both public and private sector clients. Day-to-day activities include meeting with clients, understanding technical requirements, preparing and delivering technical and commercial proposals, and conducting site visits to support project scoping and solution design. The Senior Sales Engineer collaborates closely with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure that solutions are technically sound, cost-effective, and aligned with client needs. The MEP Senior Manager is a strategic technical leader within the Facility Management function, responsible for overseeing the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations across the company's operational real estate assets following handover. This includes commercial, mixed-use, residential, and corporate facilities under active facility management. The role ensures the optimal performance, safety, sustainability, and cost-effective operation of all MEP systems through strong governance, proactive maintenance strategies, and effective leadership of multidisciplinary FM technical teams. Reporting to the Facility Management Director, the Senior Manager drives MEP excellence across day-to-day FM operations, vendor performance, technical standards, and long-term asset performance, aligned with organizational objectives.
