Role Description The Solution Architect Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt. This role is responsible for designing end-to-end technology solutions that support Andalusia Health Egypt’s clinical and business objectives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical architectures, and overseeing solution design across software development and integration projects. The Solution Architect Lead collaborates closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, providing consulting guidance on best practices, system interoperability, and process optimization. The role also involves leading technical reviews, documenting architecture and integration patterns, mitigating risks, and supporting implementation and maintenance of core healthcare systems. Qualifications Must be Alexandria Resident or open to re-allocate. Candidates should possess strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise solutions. Consulting skills to engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical roadmaps. Software Development skills, with hands-on experience in modern development frameworks, APIs, and cloud or on-premise environments. Integration skills to design and manage interfaces, data flows, and interoperability among clinical, administrative, and back-office systems. Business Process skills to analyze, model, and optimize workflows within healthcare operations and support digital transformation initiatives. Relevant experience in healthcare or hospital information systems, EHR/EMR platforms, or clinical systems is highly beneficial. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including guiding technical teams, managing complex projects, and driving architectural standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications in architecture (e.g., TOGAF), cloud, or enterprise platforms are a plus.
