The trainer will coordinate with internal teams and partners, prepare session reports and feedback, and ensure that all training activities align with the organization’s quality standards and timelines.<br>Qualifications<br> Strong coaching capabilities, including Coaching and Business Coaching skills to guide participants in developing and refining business ideas. Proficiency in Business Planning and Consulting to support participants in creating realistic business plans and project proposals. Demonstrated experience in Training, including designing curricula, facilitating workshops, and evaluating learning outcomes. Practical knowledge of entrepreneurship, small business development, and project management methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners. Ability to work on-site in Cairo and travel to training locations such as El Minya as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field; relevant certifications in training or coaching are an advantage. Previous experience working with startups, NGOs, or development programs in Egypt or the region is preferred.

The Fitness Trainer will be responsible for creating personalized programs for our customers. While maintaining the company guidelines in accordance with the company's knowledge database. <br>Qualifications Design and implement personalized workout and diet plans based on in-depth assessments of clients' fitness levels, health conditions, and goals. Designing personalized workout and diet plans in accordance with company guidelines and knowledge database. Regularly monitor and review client progress, adjusting their programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement and satisfaction. Provide expert advice on health, nutrition, and lifestyle changes to help clients achieve holistic wellness. Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously enhance the quality and variety of training programs offered. Lead, mentor, and develop junior fitness trainers, promoting a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and teamwork within the fitness department. Collaborate with the operations department to ensure the successful integration of client data into personalized fitness programs. Participate in promotional activities and events to attract new clients and retain existing ones, in collaboration with the marketing department. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications3-5 years experience in fitness training, and program development. Certified CPT\CFT, ACE, NASM, CSCSRelevant BA degree Arabic: Native or bilingual. Very good English. Deep knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and wellness practices. Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Arabic. Ability to create personalized, adaptable fitness programs. Competence in using digital tools for program design and communication. Capability to analyze client feedback and adapt programs accordingly.
