Role Description This is a temporary, on-site role for an Entrepreneurship and Project Management Trainer based in Cairo, Egypt. The trainer will design and deliver training programs on entrepreneurship, business planning, and project management, tailored to participants in El Minya, Egypt. Daily tasks include preparing training materials and curricula, delivering interactive workshops, case studies, and practical exercises, and assessing participants’ needs and progress. The role also involves providing individual and group coaching, offering consulting support on business ideas and project plans, and guiding participants in developing viable business models. The trainer will coordinate with internal teams and partners, prepare session reports and feedback, and ensure that all training activities align with the organization’s quality standards and timelines.
Qualifications
Strong coaching capabilities, including Coaching and Business Coaching skills to guide participants in developing and refining business ideas. Proficiency in Business Planning and Consulting to support participants in creating realistic business plans and project proposals. Demonstrated experience in Training, including designing curricula, facilitating workshops, and evaluating learning outcomes. Practical knowledge of entrepreneurship, small business development, and project management methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners. Ability to work on-site in Cairo and travel to training locations such as El Minya as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field; relevant certifications in training or coaching are an advantage. Previous experience working with startups, NGOs, or development programs in Egypt or the region is preferred.
